Request for a Technical Engineer with IVR/CTI skills who can perform technical support role in the upcoming Banks IVR & CTI related project and to work closely with call center - Buzz to handle day to day operation issues with respect to IVR/CTI.
Expertise in Avaya AVP IVR, Avaya Interaction centre, Exposure to Oracle Database and Java and VXML
